Leadership Development

Our Leadership Development Program is a three-month journey designed to build emotionally intelligent leaders. Participants start by completing a leadership 360 assessment to understand their strengths and areas for growth. From there, each leader develops an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to set clear, personal goals.

Throughout the program, our experienced faculty deliver monthly workshops based on Kouzes and Posner’s Leadership Challenge. These workshops focus on enhancing leadership presence, building strategic partnerships, and optimizing operations. Leaders also participate in monthly strategy calls to reinforce learning and apply new skills in real-world situations. To deepen their understanding, we include curated literature reviews that align with each session’s focus.

By the end of the program, leaders gain practical tools to lead with confidence, create positive team dynamics, and drive organizational success.

Team Building Workshop

Our interactive, four-to-eight-hour Team-Building Workshop is designed to help teams develop self-awareness and social awareness. This hands-on session guides participants through exercises that strengthen communication and relationships. It’s a practical way to boost collaboration and enhance workplace culture.

We focus on real-life scenarios that make team members think about how they interact and support one another. By the end of the workshop, participants gain practical skills to improve teamwork and maintain healthy workplace relationships.

Board Governance and Strategic Planning

Our Board Governance service includes one-day retreats tailored to support strategic thinking and alignment. We help boards reflect on their roles and set clear priorities. Using ToP facilitation techniques, we guide meaningful conversations that clarify vision and purpose.

For long-term planning, we offer 3 to 6-month strategic planning engagements. These sessions help boards develop action plans that align with their mission and goals. By the end, boards have a clear, actionable plan to move forward confidently.

Threshold Leadership Program

Threshold is a nine-month leadership cohort designed for mission-driven organizations that cannot afford the cost of leadership gaps. It is not a workshop series. It is not a certificate program. It is a structured, facilitated process that develops leaders who understand their level, scope, and responsibility to the people they serve. It equips them with the identity, mindset, and systems thinking required to lead with integrity and impact at every organizational level.

Each cohort participant works through eight core dimensions of their leadership operating system, one module at a time. Reflective work is completed independently through the Threshold digital platform. Individual coaching sessions follow. Group sessions build shared leadership language across the team. By the end of nine months, leaders do not simply know more about leadership. They lead differently, and the organizations they serve feel the difference.

Threshold is built for organizations where the mission is too important to leave leadership development to chance.
